treatment measures for three wastes

1. Prevention and control measures for surface water pollution: the factory's wastewater mainly includes mold cleaning wastewater, silane waste liquid and wastewater, degreasing waste liquid and wastewater, electrophoresis waste liquid and wastewater, painting waste water, skid cleaning waste water, polishing waste water, rain test waste water, domestic sewage and clean sewage. The mold cleaning wastewater is pretreated in the "intermittent reaction tank" and mixed with degreasing waste liquid (water), silane waste liquid (water), electrophoresis waste liquid (water), painting waste water, rain test waste water, etc., and is pretreated by "Two-stage Coagulation Sedimentation"; The pretreated production wastewater is mixed with domestic sewage, especially corrosive wear water, and treated by the process of "hydrolytic acidification + biological contact oxidation + inclined plate sedimentation" and then mixed with clean sewage, which is discharged into the regional sewage treatment plant for further treatment

2. Prevention and control measures for atmospheric environment pollution: the waste gas of the plant mainly includes welding waste gas, spraying waste gas, drying waste gas, drying room burner waste gas, final assembly and paint repair waste gas, gas boiler waste gas, etc. The welding waste gas passes through the gas collecting hood set above the welding station, and is uniformly collected by the fan exhaust and then treated by the soot purifier; The painting workshop adopts a dry-type carton paint booth. The paint mist (mainly resin, pigment and other solid substances) generated in the paint booth contacts with the carton through the dry-type carton system, is absorbed and attached to the carton surface by the carton, and then is filtered by the bag filter. 3. Prevention and control measures for solid waste pollution: the hazardous solid wastes in the plant mainly include waste hydraulic oil, waste paint residue and waste paper box filter, waste activated carbon, oil slick in degreasing process, waste paint residue, silane residue, waste solvent, physicochemical sludge, waste gloves and waste rags (containing oil), etc. the hazardous wastes are sent to qualified units to slowly open the oil delivery valve for treatment; Recycling of stamping waste and various packaging waste; Domestic waste and sludge shall be sent to the landfill for treatment
